Documents commonly required
- Owner: Aadhaar and PAN
- Tenant: Aadhaar
- Two witnesses: Aadhaar
- Property: Index II or electricity bill

Check names, dates, rent, deposit, tenure, property details and requested clauses before biometric authentication. Government processing time after submission depends on the concerned Sub Registrar office and government systems.
