Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation policy for punerentagreement.in rent agreement services.

Before service execution

Where no visit/service execution has taken place and no non-refundable government amount has been used for the case, a cancellation request may be eligible for refund according to the confirmed quotation and current service policy.

After biometric/service execution

Once biometric verification or a chargeable visit/service has been executed, the corresponding service/visit component is not refundable.

Government fees

Government challans/fees are paid into government systems and are governed by government refund rules and validity periods. Where a government refund is possible, the customer may need to follow the applicable IGR/government process directly.

Cancellation after government payment

If a case is cancelled after government fees are paid, the company cannot treat the government payment as a normal service-fee refund. Any eligible government refund is subject to the government department’s process.

How to request

Send the token/reference number and cancellation reason through the official support channel. Any eligible company-side refund is processed to the original/verified payment route after review.
