Pune district update
For Pune district, tenant intimation is integrated with the Leave & License e-registration workflow. The generated document is an intimation copy; it should not be confused with a traditional police verification bearing a police-station stamp/signature.
Pune: Police intimation is included in the registration workflow. For locations outside Pune, optional online police-intimation assistance may be available for ₹199, subject to the current service terms.
Traditional police verification
Option 1 — Online tenant information
- Open the police/citizen portal for the property location.
- Create/login to the citizen account.
- Fill details and upload required documents.
- Print the submitted intimation.
- Visit the selected police station if verification/stamping is required.
Option 2 — Offline form
- Download the police verification form.
- Fill the form with the actual details.
- Visit the police station having jurisdiction over the property with the supporting documents.
Typical documents
- Owner: Aadhaar, PAN, recent photo.
- Tenant: Aadhaar, employee ID where applicable, recent photo.
- Agent, if any: Aadhaar and recent photo.
